Recycling kit includes a carton especially designed to hold 4′ fluorescent tubes. Mailing the carton is fully prepaid back to the handling site with full coverage for liability. Kit is the safest and best way to properly dispose of items that are required to be properly disposed of. Avoid EPA fines for improper disposal that can be in the thousands of dollars.
