Utrecht Retouch Varnish is a quick-drying, light-bodied, colorless varnish designed to bring back the brilliance and luster to areas of a painting that have dried flat. Also used as a temporary protective finish for paintings not completely dry. – Utrecht Retouch Varnish – 8 oz bottle
