This fits carrier and is a replacement for carrier ‘s hc15zn012, hc21ze115, hc21ze117, hc21ze117b, hc660005, 310371-752, 318984-753. Emerson ‘s 3109. Jakel ‘s j238-150-037751, j238-150220. Rotom rfb212, fb-rfb212. Motor specifications are: 115 volts 1.8 Amps 3300 rpm shaded pole c frame motor ccw rotation lead end short shaft end shaft dimmensions: 1in x 5/16in diameter x 1-7/8in, flat spot on both shaft ends. 2 Male spade connectors for wires to attach to on short shaft end. Included is 2 wiring harnesses, one harness has a plug und w/ 2 male bullet type connectors, the other harness has 2 female clip type connector on the plug end. 1 Wheel included for short shaft side.
