Description
Superior to Teflon tape, this OEM specified, medium strength anaerobic sealant is designed to lock and seal threaded fittings and perform at high temperatures up to 400oF. Its excellent lubricating properties prevent galling on pipe threads and fittings and allow for easy assembly and disassembly. Contains PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as teflon), a material with good antifriction properties and high resistance to chemicals and aggressive environments. Do not use on plastic piping.
