This bonding primer fortifies and reinforces your surfaces and offers excellent alkali resistance with low VOCs and easy soap and water clean-up. It provides superior adhesion to bare concrete surfaces – making it perfect for concrete decks, cured asphalt, and previously painted wood decks. Mix thoroughly before use and follow all directions on label. Apply 1 coat evenly with a phenolic core medium nap roller, brush or airless sprayer. Packaged in a 1-gallon container.
