It is based on hybrid polymer technology, offering the most extreme power to both bond and seal virtually everything to anything in virtually all conditions, even under water or rain. When this substance has cured you will be able to paint over it. It is solvent-free and boasts strong anti-slump properties. It also contains anti-fungal compound.
